Zusammenfassung

RieLes Group seeks two athletic trainers to deliver Holistic Health and Fitness support to Airmen assigned to the 621st CRW at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (NJ) and Travis AFB (CA). The role focuses on performance, injury prevention, mindfulness coaching, and field-ready conditioning in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities include evaluations, program development, and coordinating with UFPMs; requires US citizenship, security clearance, and a 12‑month base year with options.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in athletic training.
• Athletic Trainer certification through an accredited/professional organization is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to be transported in Government‑provided ground vehicles.

Aufgaben

• Conduct Human Performance evaluations and provide individualized performance guidance.
• Provide athletic training and performance support to Airmen.
• Develop evidence-based programs addressing strength, endurance, mobility, durability, and injury prevention.
• Support Airmen preparing for high-tempo deployments and austere environments.
• Provide mission-specific guidance based on AFSCs.
• Participate in squadron PT sessions and coordinate with UFPMs.
• Support running clinics, weightlifting/form training, and other performance sessions.
• Maintain secure and compliant records of assessments, training sessions, and outcomes.
• Prepare individualized monthly performance reports.
• Work effectively in field environments, including inclement weather and hours of darkness.
• Communicate effectively with Airmen, Government personnel, and HHF team.
