Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in athletic training required.
• Ohio athletic training license required.
• Board of Certification (BOC) for Athletic Trainers.
• BLS certification.
• Master’s degree in athletic training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform athlete/patient assessments and document findings.
• Educate patients on preoperative prep, wound care and rehab.
• Apply dressings, sutures, casts and assistive devices.
• Coordinate care with surgical/clinical team and manage referrals.
• Support safety culture and assist with scheduling and referrals.
