Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an Athletic Trainer to support student-athletes within the Boston Public School District. You will care for injuries, design rehab plans, and assess readiness for return to sport under supervision.

The role is Hybrid: onsite at multiple school sites with some travel; 40 hours/week. Licensure, ATC certification, and BOC are required; experience 0-1 year preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Athletic Training required
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
Licenses Athletic Trainer [State License]
Certified Athletic Trainer [ATC]
Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC)
Current Massachusetts driver's license, safe driving record, reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

Cares for athletic injuries.
Design and implement injury rehabilitation programs
Formulates assessments and plans of action for student-athletes' health and safe return to sport participation
Provide athletic training coverage for home/hosted contests per CCCAA bylaws
Administer Emergency Care and First Aid
Create and regularly update injury reports
Maintain equipment and clinic supplies
