Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or related field required
• BOC certification and MA state license (ATC)
• 0–1 year athletic trainer experience preferred
• Strong communication, planning, organizational and customer service skills; MS Office proficiency; valid MA driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Care for athletic injuries.
• Design and implement injury rehabilitation programs.
• Assess and plan action for student-athletes’ health and safe return to sport.
• Provide athletic training coverage for home/hosted contests per CCCAA bylaws.
• Administer emergency care and first aid.
• Create and update injury reports.
• Ensure proper equipment fitting and safety checks.
• Maintain clinic documents and supplies.
