Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive care for student athletes under the direction of the program head. The role includes injury evaluation, rehabilitation planning, and ensuring safe return to sport across Massachusetts locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or related field is required.
• State license as Athletic Trainer is required.
• 0–1 year experience as Athletic Trainer preferred.
• National Athletic Trainers' Association credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for athletic injuries and provide instruction for injury rehabilitation.
• Design and implement rehabilitation plans and assess return-to-sport readiness.
• Provide athletic training coverage for home and hosted contests as required.
• Administer emergency care and first aid; maintain injury reports.
• Ensure proper equipment fitting and use (helmets, pads, mouthpieces).
• Maintain clinic documents, supplies, and work environment.
