Qualifications

• Master’s degree in athletic training or related field or a Bachelor’s with 3+ years experience.
• Current NATA BOC certification and Alabama Athletic Trainer license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification and valid Alabama driver’s license preferred.
• New graduates welcome; mentoring provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury prevention, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate patient care with healthcare professionals and educate patients and families.
• Make independent clinical decisions to support patient health.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliant billing when applicable.
• Participate in performance improvement, education, and outreach events.
• Assist with events and injury prevention programs outside clinic as needed.
• Comply with organizational policies and adapt scheduling to needs.
