Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Fairlawn, OH is seeking an athletic trainer for an outpatient orthopedic practice. You will perform patient intake, vitals, chart in EMR, assist physicians, and support post-procedure care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field is required.
• 3+ years of athletic training, orthopedics, or sports medicine experience preferred.
• Current Ohio Athletic Trainer license required; BOC certification preferred; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support in an outpatient orthopedic practice.
• Perform patient intake, obtain vitals, document in the EMR, and assist providers with procedures.
• Remove sutures/staples, apply dressings, prepare injections, and respond to patient calls per protocol.
• Fit and educate patients on durable medical equipment (DME) and coordinate insurance authorizations.
• Ensure accurate chart preparation, documentation, and charge capture.

The Essentials

• Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Location: Fairlawn, OH

What You'll Do
