Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center is seeking an Athletic Trainer to provide clinical and administrative support in outpatient care and DME services under licensed providers. You will handle patient intake, record vitals and histories, manage EMR documentation, assist with procedures, prepare injections, and respond to clinical calls.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, 3–5 years of experience, Ohio licensure, BOC certification, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training required.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Current Ohio license to practice Athletic Training; BOC certification preferred; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative support in outpatient care and DME services under licensed providers.
• Performs patient intake, records vitals and medical histories, manages EMR documentation, assists with procedures, prepares injections as ordered, and responds to clinical calls.
• Fits and educates patients on DME, coordinates insurance authorizations, and maintains clinical areas for efficient patient care.
• Prepares EMRs for new patients, ensures forms are complete and accurate, reviews progress notes and urgent orders, and prepares charge tickets.
