Athletic Trainer – ProgressiveHealth, LLC – Clarksville, TN

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Athletic Trainer to provide onsite PRN support at a local manufacturer in Clarksville, TN. This is a PRN opportunity. The schedule will rotate based on the full-time staff rotation. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Providing emergency response
  • Completing injury paperwork
  • Coordinating services with Work Comp providers
  • Administering drug tests
  • Conducting medical surveillance testing under TN Scope of Practice guidelines
  • Serving as a liaison, collaborating, and communicating with all parties involved in daily operations

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure
  • CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
  • ACLS certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
  • Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations, preferred
  • The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
  • A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Eligibility to Work:

This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).
