Bellevue Club is seeking an Athletic Services Representative to deliver outstanding member and guest service, providing information and suggestions across Personal Training, Fitness Programming, Recreation, Aquatics, and Tennis.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for wellness. Various shifts available in a premium Bellevue Club environment with access to club facilities and dining options.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, a sense of humor and a bright personality.
• Experience in health/fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides correct information for Bellevue Club members and guests about Athletic Departments, Restaurants, Hotel, and Gift Shop.
• Answers questions and offers suggestions on Personal Training and Spa services, testing packages, nutrition plans, and weight room orientations.
• Directs inquiries to Membership Services as appropriate.
• Communicates with all departments regarding upcoming and ongoing Club information.
• Answers Athletic Services phone lines and emails.
• Handles Tennis Court and program reservations for the Tennis Department.
• Makes schedule changes with department head approval.
• Registers members for Club programs using the reservation system.
• May bill Personal Training, Spa Services, Tennis Court, and other services or programs; may credit accounts with head approval.
• Promotes and facilitates member sign-ups for department email alerts.
• Directs members and guests to appropriate locations for classes, programs, and facilities.
• Directs inquiries to appropriate department or manager.
• Attends staff meetings and training seminars as needed.
