Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead the store team by example, communicating brand values with strong product knowledge and a positive outlook.

You will own the sales floor, train staff, manage shipments and inventory, and build lasting customer relationships while driving sales goals in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Available mornings and/or evenings, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, including one weekend day.
• Proven leadership with punctuality, attendance, and shift adherence.
• Able to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert who creates experiences and handles concerns proactively.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Quick to learn new procedures and maintain organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales floor and ensure customer experience is the top priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-ups and events.
• Be knowledgeable on trends and best sellers and share with customers and team.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve goals in a team-based environment.
• Lead inventory management, shipments, and store upkeep.
• Ensure daily store operations, merchandising, and safety standards.
