Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role and use technology (hand-held/mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Share knowledge about our products to educate customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
