Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced store environment. You will contribute to keeping the store visually sharp while supporting omni-channel requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (18 in CA)
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Able to perform essential functions and endure standing for long periods
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest right apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge about products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payment processing
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and fast-paced adaptability
• Promote the Rewards program and customer loyalty
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities
• Carry out tasks as assigned by management
