Qualifications

• Minimum age: 16 (18 in California).
• Lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg and move around floor and stockroom.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions and physical tasks.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store.
• Handle front and back-of-store duties, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni‑channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote and educate customers about the Rewards program.
