Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Ability to participate in contests with merchandise and prizes.
• High-energy environment and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in customers.
• Share product knowledge and love for our items.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Demonstrate collaboration and teamwork.
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
