Life Time Inc. in Atlanta seeks an Athletic Reformer Instructor to lead reformer-based classes that challenge members while upholding Life Time’s signature methodology.

You will guide movements that build strength, stability and control in a motivating, inclusive studio setting. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of fitness instruction, knowledge of anatomy/biomechanics, CPR/AED certification, and reformer Pilates credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or related field.
• Comprehensive Reformer Pilates Certification (for reformer roles).
• CPR/AED Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers athletic reformer-based classes that are challenging and rooted in Life Time’s methodology.
• Builds connections with members in a welcoming environment and engages before/after class.
• Provides clear instruction on form and movement modifications for safety and success.
• Maintains a clean, organized studio space before and after each class.
• Selects energizing music that aligns with brand standards.
• Promotes Life Time programs and drives broader member participation.
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of the athletic reformer format in every class.
• Educates members on Signature Memberships and supports sales through relationships.
