Life Time Inc. is seeking an Athletic Reformer Instructor to deliver reformer-based classes that promote strength, stability, and confidence within a safe, supportive environment.

You will guide members through movements aligned with Life Time’s signature methodology and energize sessions with well-chosen music. Responsibilities include educating participants on proper form, maintaining studio standards, and actively supporting program participation while building lasting member relationships.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Comprehensive Reformer Pilates certification for reformer roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science is preferred per position.
• Experience teaching group fitness formats and understanding anatomy/biomechanics are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver athletic reformer-based classes that are challenging and aligned with Life Time’s methodology.
• Build connections with members through welcoming interactions before and after class.
• Provide clear instructions on form, technique, and modifications for safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio space before and after classes.
• Select energizing, brand-appropriate music to enhance the class experience.
