Life Time in Miami seeks an Athletic Reformer Instructor to lead reformer-based classes, promoting strength, stability and confidence in a supportive environment.

You will educate members on proper form, modify movements for safety, and contribute to a welcoming studio culture aligned with Life Time’s signature methodology. CPR/AED certification is required, with NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA or equivalent credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in fitness (NASM/ACE/AFAA/AEA or equivalent) preferred.
• Comprehensive Reformer Pilates Certification (For Reformer Pilates roles) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers athletic reformer-based classes that are challenging and rooted in Life Time’s methodology.
• Builds connections with members and creates an inclusive environment before and after class.
• Provides clear instruction on form, technique, and modifications to ensure safety.
• Keeps studio space clean, organized, and professional.
• Selects music that enhances the class while adhering to brand standards.
• Promotes Life Time programs and memberships through authentic engagement.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of athletic reformer format in every class.
