Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience organizing recreation or athletic activities.
• Background screening or related checks will be required.
• Ability to coordinate staff, volunteers, and public communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operation of athletic programs and coverage with leadership.
• Plan leagues, tournaments, and community events.
• Recruit and train part-time staff; direct assigned staff.
• Ensure volunteer-coach applications and background checks are completed per process.
• Maintain records, rosters, schedules, and communications for programs.
