Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Recreation Administration or related field is required.
• Three years of experience developing and implementing athletics programs and managing multiple athletic facilities.
• Two years of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, evaluates, and supervises athletic programs, sports leagues, and races for all ages.
• Coordinates communication and field scheduling with staff, associations, and partners to organize facilities for events.
• Oversee reservations of athletic fields and facilities and manage equipment and staff.
