• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices and operating processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor plans, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promotes and drives participation in company programs (loyalty, warranties, credit card enrollment).
• Creates a welcome environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
