The City of Greensboro is seeking an Athletic Field Supervisor to support athletic programs and facilities. This at-will roster position involves front-line duties under the supervision of the Assistant Athletic Coordinators, including enforcing policies and preparing fields for programs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in athletics or sports is preferred.
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week and 2 weekends a month.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to enforce policies and ensure safety during programs.

Responsibilities

• Enforce athletic policies at facilities and events.
• Prepare and set up fields and facilities for programs.
• Monitor participant eligibility and maintain game records.
• Ensure safety, manage crowd control, respond to emergencies, and keep facilities clean and secure.
• Communicate maintenance or security concerns to supervisors.
• Open and close facilities and conduct regular site checks.
