Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day functions and staffing of athletic facilities.
• Ensure quality control of daily staff tasks and assignments.
• Participate in event preparation and clean-up.

Skills

Supervisory experience in a union environment

Strong organizational skills

Self-starter and problem-solving skills

Experience maintaining natural grass athletic fields

Knowledge of NCAA athletic field marking

Mechanical skills and machinery troubleshooting

Proficient in Microsoft Office
