Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Professional in NYC to drive full-cycle sales across schools and community programs. You will prospect, manage accounts, and service clients in a hybrid home/field environment.

Expect to generate revenue, meet growth targets, and travel 2–5 days per week within the territory, with evenings and weekends possible. A strong CRM capability and 3+ years of B2B sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports background.
• Ability to manage territory and build local client relationships.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads and drive opportunities via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to manage accounts and track activity.
• Expand sales across all sports within existing accounts and new regions.
• Use data insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel locally within the territory to meet clients.
