Qualifications

• Six years of progressively responsible structural trades experience or equivalent.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating contractors.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of trades personnel and plan daily operations.
• Coordinate outside contractors and University maintenance staff to ensure timely, quality work.
• Manage materials, order building supplies, and oversee work orders and timelines.
