Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Trades Manager in coordinating daily work activities.
• Provide supervision and technical guidance to skilled trades personnel.
• Perform maintenance, installation, and repair of facilities as needed.
• Oversee work involving carpentry, drywall, and other maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with faculty and contractors to resolve operational issues.
