Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement athletic programs that align with the school's mission and values

- Manage the budget for athletic programs, including equipment, travel, and facilities

- Recruit, hire, and supervise coaching staff

- Coordinate scheduling of practices, games, and tournaments

- Ensure compliance with all league, conference, and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with academic staff to support student-athletes' academic success

- Promote a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and integrity

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Experience working in higher education teaching or university athletics

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to educate and mentor student-athletes

- Knowledge of IHSAA rules and regulations
