Canterbury School Inc in Fort Wayne, Indiana seeks an Assistant Coach to support student-athletes across multiple sports, including soccer, basketball, track & field, and volleyball. You will work with head coaches to plan practices, support game-day activities, and promote a positive, inclusive, and competitive environment for all participants.

Responsibilities include assisting in organizing drills, monitoring safety, and communicating with athletes, parents, and staff.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of coaching or relevant athletic experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with teams as needed.
• Must pass a background check and meet all compliance standards set by the school.
• Availability for weekday afternoon, evening, and weekend practices and games.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and reliable Assistant Coaches to support the development and performance of student-athletes in multiple sports disciplines (e.g., soccer, basketball, track & field, volleyball, etc.). • Background in physical education, kinesiology, or sports psychology.
• Experience working with athletes with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
