Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in higher education teaching or university athletics is desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of IHSAA rules and regulations is important.
