Job summary
La Salle University is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director, Business Operations to oversee budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, purchasing, and NCAA compliance. You will work closely with coaches and staff to ensure smooth financial operations and provide timely financial data to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3–4 years of athletics business administrative experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance is required.
- Self-directed, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Clear background checks including PA Criminal, FBI Fingerprinting and PA Child Abuse clearances.
- Knowledge of La Salle University’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide business, administrative and financial support to the Associate Athletic Director for Business, Strategy & Analytics.
- Oversee daily financial operations and budget administration for assigned sports programs.
- Coordinate travel plans and accommodations for teams.
- Ensure transactions comply with NCAA, Atlantic 10 Conference and University rules.
- Lead process automation and business improvement initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
