Job summary

Gadsden Athletic Center is seeking a General Manager to oversee the financial and operating performance of the facility in Gadsden, AL. The role focuses on profitability, client and stakeholder relationships, and a culture of accountability.

You will manage F&B and event operations, lead cross-functional teams, and implement major business initiatives while driving growth and high-quality guest experiences. This exempt, full-time leadership position reports to the VP of Venue Management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing $4MM+ P&L and budgets.
• Proven track record in booking and operating sports tournaments.
• Experience with F&B, entertainment, and events.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Optimize overall profitability.
• Build positive client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead interdepartmental collaboration and staff development.
