RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager in Gadsden, AL to lead a high-energy, guest-focused store team. You will oversee up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and cultivate a culture of excellence through coaching, scheduling, and performance management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification (and alcohol server permit, if required).
