Job summary

Farm & Forge Club is seeking a General Manager to lead the Strength & Conditioning Center and oversee daily operations, guest experience, and operational excellence.

You will partner with program leaders to deliver premier services, manage budgets, staffing, and scheduling, and drive member growth while maintaining outstanding service standards in a fast-paced, growing campus environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in hospitality, fitness, athletics, recreation, or member-based environments.
• Proven ability to lead budgets, staffing, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Strength & Conditioning Center.
• Oversee Front Desk, member services, programs, and partnerships.
• Manage budgets, revenue, costs, and billing operations.
• Collaborate with program leaders to ensure high-performance athlete development.
• Support campus events, camps, and member growth across services.
