Nelson Region - Aflac is seeking energetic individuals to grow client relationships and generate new business in the insurance and benefits space. You will present value propositions to employers, educate employees on benefit packages, and guide enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• Life/Health license required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ages 18+ and able to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships and generate new opportunities through referrals.
• Conduct virtual and on-site presentations to showcase Aflac benefits to employers.
• Support enrollment, enrollment needs, and ongoing claims/service.
• Engage in team meetings and training to stay aligned with goals.
