Job summary

Burton Region - Aflac is seeking driven insurance sales professionals to build relationships with employers and employees across the United States. You’ll leverage your athletic mindset—teamwork, discipline, and resilience—to generate growth through referrals, presentations, and enrollment support.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn commissions, bonuses, and residual income with flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Life/Health license required or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct both virtual and on-site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac and educate employees on available benefits.
• Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support while staying engaged through team meetings and training.
