Job summary

House of Sport in Sioux Falls, part of DICK'S Sporting Goods, is seeking a Store Administrative Assistant to support store management with documentation, communications, and payroll-related tasks.

You will assist with reports, monitor communications, help with scheduling and timekeeping, and maintain employee files, while upholding safety, confidentiality, and an inclusive store environment. This is a full‑time role on site with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior retail administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).

Responsibilities

• Assist with store reporting and recordkeeping.
• Monitor store communications and disseminate information.
• Help with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll administration.
• Maintain employee records and employment documentation.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention and confidentiality policies.
• Foster an inclusive in-store environment and support teammates.
