Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking and at heights up to 4 feet with ladder or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, and pricing changes.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone is welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
