Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world-class athlete experience and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices and key operational processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes and drives participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect.
