Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes customer participation in programs (loyalty, warranty sales, etc.).
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect, adhering to safety and loss prevention policies.
