Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing clear, knowledgeable information about products and services.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert for their area.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, supports fulfillment, and ensures smooth store operations.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and follows safety and loss prevention policies.
• Promotes participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
