Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members, sharing best practices and selling skills.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and engagement.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor plans, signage, and stock replenishment.
• Promotes participation in customer programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Fosters a respectful store environment and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
