Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, acting as a subject matter expert in designated process categories.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engaged when they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promotes participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranties, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
