Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging customers to understand shopping needs and provide product knowledge.
• Anticipates customer needs and drives sales through recommendations and athlete-focused service.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as subject matter expert for store area.
• Acts as go-to expert in designated process areas to ensure smooth execution and productivity.
• Maintains merchandising standards, including floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect.
• Follows safety policies and procedures and complies with external regulations.
