Qualifications

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits for confident purchases.
• Drive sales results through selling behaviors, basket-building, and promoting loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store and contribute to store goals and operational excellence.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
