Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Sales Teammate to help athletes find the right products and deliver personalized service in-store. You will maintain merchandising standards, build connections with athletes, and support sales results with energy and enthusiasm.

As part of a team-first environment, you’ll greet customers, educate them on features, and promote loyalty programs, protection plans, and credit options while representing the brand with professionalism on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
• Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
