Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet athletes and identify needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits.
• Drive sales through effective selling behaviors, basket-building, and promoting loyalty programs, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store to support store goals and operational excellence.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
