Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Sales Teammate to deliver personalized service and help athletes find the right products for their sport and lifestyle. You’ll build connections, maintain strong merchandising standards and support sales results in a team-focused environment.

You will greet athletes, share product knowledge, and encourage loyalty programs while upholding brand standards and professional conduct on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits for confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales through effective selling behaviors, basket-building, and promoting loyalty programs, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store with a team-first mindset and contribute to store goals and excellence.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
