Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and Athletes and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience with helpful product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, including external guidelines such as ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (Teammates & Athletes) feels welcome, safe, and respected.
