Job summary

Nike is hiring a Retail Supervisor for its Nike Factory Store in Aurora, OH. You will be the face of Nike, guiding customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

You will foster a positive culture, train staff on the latest products, and ensure smooth store operations, including cash handling and display maintenance. This role offers full-time hours with potential for growth within Nike.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and ensure their needs are met at every step of their journey.
• Operate a cash register, assist with shipping/receiving, stock products and maintain displays.
• Attend store events and support teammates.
