Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike's Service Principles.
• Create welcoming experiences and exceed customer expectations at every step of their journey.
• Operate a cash register, shipping/receiving duties, stocking, and building displays.
• Support store events and contribute to team success.
